TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Reservations:

By making a reservation with Extra Mile LLC (referred to as “we” or “us” in these terms), you agree to be bound by these terms on behalf of yourself and any additional users of your reservation.

Booking Procedures and Payments:

After you accept the itinerary and pricing that was quoted, we will send you a comprehensive itinerary and invoice with payment instructions. Following receipt of the initial 25% payment on your invoice, your reservation will be confirmed. Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and bank transfers are all acceptable forms of payment. The following payment dates apply:

Private day outings, desert excursions, and activities:

Cash payments in Euros, US Dollars, British Pounds, or Moroccan Dirhams are accepted.
Payments made on-site using a credit card or PayPal are allowed with an additional 5% processing fee ( Prior to tour departure )
shared group activities, excursions, and tours to the desert:
Prior to the start of the tour, the remaining balance must be paid in Euros, US Dollars, UK Pounds, or Moroccan Dirhams.
20% VAT + 5% processing costs will be charged if you insist on paying the remaining balance with a credit card while you are there or through PayPal before you arrive.

Booking modifications:

We will make the necessary arrangements for your reservation at no additional cost. Remember that it might not be possible to travel within 15 days of the start of your vacation. Please get in touch with us as soon as you need to make any modifications and confirm them in writing. Again, we will make every effort to work with you so that there are no additional fees, but we cannot promise it. You have the choice to continue with the arrangements you had originally booked or cancel and pay the cancellation fees (if any) as outlined below if changes to your reservation cannot be made for any reason.

Cancellation Policy:

If you must cancel your travel plans, kindly send us a written notice as soon as possible. The amount of the cancellation fee depends on how far in advance of your departure we received your written cancellation notification. If you withdraw:

More than seven-day private desert excursions Fee-free full refund of the deposit
Seven days or less: First deposit as a penalty for cancellation

Shared desert tours lasting longer than four days:

Fee-free full refund of the deposit
Four days or less: First deposit as a penalty for cancellation
More than four days: Private day trips and activities Refund of the entire deposit minus four days later with no fees: First deposit as a penalty for cancellation
More than four days: Private day trips and activities Refund of the entire deposit less four days later with no fees: First deposit as a penalty for cancellation4

Unforeseen Circumstances:

We retain the right to cancel your tour or excursion due to unforeseen circumstances. If such a situation arises, we will return any money you have already paid to us, including the deposit, but we are not responsible for providing you with any further compensation. Unforeseen events can be anything from natural or nuclear disasters to war or the threat of war to riots, terrorist attacks, fires, unfavorable weather patterns, and others.
Particular Requests:

Please take note that minors under the age of 12 are not permitted on our shared desert tours or day trips for the comfort of our other visitors. However, they are welcome on our half-day shared activities (Camel ride and quad biking). If you fail to disclose your child’s age at the time of booking and simply show up on a shared tour, we have the right to refuse service with no reimbursements owed from our end.
Children and their families will undoubtedly appreciate private tours of the Moroccan desert and day trips to Marrakech.

Insurance is not something we offer. It is entirely your obligation to secure suitable travel insurance. In the event of illness, cancellation, lost luggage, delays, and other unforeseen circumstances, we strongly advise you to purchase travel insurance.

If any component of your travel arrangements is not as specified in your booking and is not of a reasonable standard, we shall assume liability. Unless there was no negligence on our part or the part of our vendor partners, we shall pay reasonable compensation (limited to the maximum amount paid to us for that element of the travel arrangements). Please be aware that we accept zero liability for any personal harm, disease, loss, damage, or death that occurs during your journey.

Travel Documentation: It is your responsibility to make sure you have the necessary travel documentation. Prior to entering the nation, your passport must be valid for at least six months. Prior to our tour’s departure date, it is the entire responsibility of the tour participant(s) to make sure that all passport and visa requirements are satisfied.

Privacy & Confidentiality: We fully accept responsibility for ensuring that appropriate security precautions are taken to protect the private and confidential information you provided us with during the booking. In order to fulfill your trip arrangements, your collected information will be utilized to make reservations with hotels and any other third-party suppliers as necessary. To guarantee a safe and pleasurable vacation for you, we will provide required vendor partners with information about your dietary needs, medical history, and any disabilities. You agree that this information will be shared with all necessary parties by making a reservation with us.
Complaints: In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with our service, please get in touch with your driver, hotel, or guide right away. They will work to help you find a solution right away. If it cannot be done, could you please

immediately contact your driver/hotel/guide, who will work to help resolve the issue immediately. If this is not possible, please contact us immediately by phone or whatAapp on : +212616475955.
